On July 21-22, 2022, the Party Committee of the College of Economics, Technology and Fisheries organized an online learning conference. Party Central Committee XIII.
Attending the conference at the bridge point of the College of Economics, Technology and Fisheries, were Dr. Bui Thi Hanh – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairperson of the School Council, Rector of the University; Ths. Nguyen Anh Xuan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thai Thanh Binh - Vice Rector of the University, and all members of the Party Committee.

          The conference took place with four themes: (1) “Continuing to innovate, perfecting institutions and policies, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of land management and use, creating motivation to turn the country into a developed country. high-income development”; (2) “Agriculture, farmers, rural areas to 2030, vision to 2045”; (3) “Continue to innovate, develop and improve collective economic efficiency in the new period”; (4) "Strengthening and consolidating, building the party organization and improving the quality of party members in the new period".
          On the morning of July 21, 2022 at the opening session of the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Head of Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam directly conveyed the topic: "Continue to innovate , perfecting institutions and policies, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of land management and use, creating a driving force for the country to become a high-income developed country.
           Next, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh - Politburo member, Head of the Central Economic Commission delivered the topic "Agriculture, farmers and rural areas to 2030, vision to 2045".
In the afternoon of the same day, Comrade Le Minh Khai - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister conveyed the topic "Continuing innovation, development and improvement of collective economic efficiency in the new period".
          On the morning of July 22, 2022, Comrade Truong Thi Mai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Department delivered the topic: "Strengthening and strengthening, building grassroots party organizations and improve the quality of party members in the new period"
           The National Conference on Research, Study and Mastery of the Resolution of the 5th Conference of the Party Central Committee, term XIII, is a very important conference to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress. , striving to fulfill the strategic goal "by the middle of the twenty-first century, our country will become a developed, socialist-oriented country".
