3.1. General objective |
Basic and comprehensive renovation, ensuring favorable working conditions, bringing into full play the intellect and capacity of school officials and teachers for the cause of training human resources in agriculture and rural areas; create favorable conditions for learners to constantly improve their learning quality with modern advanced skills and necessary knowledge to advance their careers; strive to become a key college in training high-quality human resources to meet the development requirements of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector; develop brands in the field of domestic, regional and international seafood. |
3.2. Detail goal |
- Period 2009 - 2011: Being one of the key colleges of the industry; basically complete the transformation of training objectives towards multi-level, multi-disciplinary training with high quality and efficiency to meet the needs of society and provide vocational training for farmers; develop applied research, transfer scientific and technological advances to meet social needs; approach to regional and international cooperation and integration, in order to gradually develop the brand name of College of Fisheries. - Period 2012 - 2015: Becoming one of the key colleges meeting national standards; in which there are at least 1 to 2 key training occupations up to regional and international standards; brand development, reputation for quality training, applied research, transfer of scientific and technological advances in fisheries and other fields. - Vision to 2020: Becoming a university, training high-quality human resources, meeting the development requirements of Agriculture and Rural Development and other economic and technical fields, with a brand name of domestic, regional and international fisheries; In which, aquaculture technology, environmental technology and seafood processing technology are taken as key industries. |
