Notably, both parties deliberated on the establishment of a King Sejong Institute in Bac Ninh, an initiative by the South Korean government aimed at promoting the study of the Korean language through a network of 248 branches worldwide, including 23 locations in Vietnam.

Representing the College, Ms. Bùi Thị Hạnh, Party Secretary and Rector, along with Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tuấn, Head of the Department of Science and International Cooperation, made valuable contributions.
