Attending the opening ceremony of the graduation exam for the School of Agriculture and Rural Development Managers I were: Dr. Nguyen Quoc Oanh - Principal - Chairman of the Examination Council; Dr. Vu Thi Bich Thuan – Vice Chairman of the Examination Council and members of the Examination Council.
