On the afternoon of September 15, 2022, the College of Economics, Technology and Fisheries held a reception for the delegation from Hai Duong University, Taiwan.

            On the side of the University, there were Assoc. Thai Thanh Binh – Vice President of the University; Ths. Nguyen Van Tuan – Head of International Cooperation Department; Dr. Ngo Thi Mai Huong – Dean of Faculty of Aquaculture; Ths. Nguyen Van Quyen – Deputy Head of Training Department and experts of International Cooperation Department.

            On the side of Taiwan Ocean University, there was Professor Chang Yu-Wei - Dean of the Department of International Affairs, Taiwan Ocean University as the head of the delegation and experts of the delegation.

            The two sides had exchanges to establish a relationship and came to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and exchange with the following contents:

            1. Exchange of personnel between faculties and graduate students,

            2. Exchange of graduate and undergraduate students,

            3. Industrial projects,

            4. Exchange of academic documents,

            5. Cooperation in the publication of international articles,

            6. Cooperation in organizing regional seminars,

            7. Looking for research cooperation opportunities,

            8. Responsibility of both parties for cooperation in research, teaching and industrial development.
