On the morning of April 18, in response to the nationwide excitement marking the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) as directed by Official Telegram No. 43/CD-TTg signed by Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Hòa Bình, the College of Economics, Technology and Fisheries solemnly held the Inauguration Ceremony of its new Administration Building, a key component of the institution’s infrastructure upgrade project for the 2022–2025 period.
The newly constructed Administration Building, with a scale of 5 floors and 1 rooftop level (tum) and a total usable floor area of 4,571m², will serve as the strategic operations center and office space for key administrative units of the college. In addition, the project comprises:
This building is part of the Sub-project “DATP 6: Upgrading Campus 1”, under the umbrella of the “Investment in Infrastructure for Colleges in the Northern Midlands, Mountainous Areas, and Northern Red River Delta” project, with a total investment of 77.5 billion VND, funded by the State Budget under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and other legitimate funding sources of the College.

In her speech at the ceremony, Rector Bùi Thị Hạnh emphasized:
"This Administration Building not only marks a significant improvement in infrastructure, but also lays a solid foundation for enhancing management quality, modernizing the working environment, and better serving our students.
