Advisory Council, Evaluation and Acceptance at grassroots level of the project “Building a model to apply Israel's Biofloc technology in super-intensive tilapia farming, achieving high productivity, quality and economic efficiency in Vinh Phuc"
As part of the Program to support the application and transfer of scientific and technological advances to promote socio-economic development in rural, mountainous and ethnic minority areas in the 2016-2025 period. In 2021 at the Department of Science and Technology of Vinh Phuc province, a meeting of the Advisory Council, Evaluation and Acceptance Committee at the grassroots level was held for the project "Building a model to apply Israel's Biofloc technology in super-intensive perch farming. high productivity, quality and economic efficiency in Vinh Phuc” was started by Hoang Hai Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company in 2018.
According to the report of the Company "Application of Israel's Biofloc technology in tilapia super-intensive farming" technology transfer by the College of Economics, Technical and Fisheries and the Investment & Trade Joint Stock Company Hoang Hai's implementation has brought some positive results such as:
+ Built 02 biofloc tilapia farming models at Hoang Hai Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company in Ba Go village, Trung My commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province and households in Tho An village , Ngoc Thanh commune, Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. Total output 619.9 tons, average profit-to-revenue ratio of 12.89%, average profit of 595 million VND/ha/crop.
+ Trained 05 technicians to master Biofloc technology in tilapia intensive farming and trained 50 trainees to master important knowledge and skills to apply biofloc commercial tilapia farming.
+ The implemented project has ensured the targets set out according to the description and contract and has some contents exceeding the plan such as harvested output (over 19.9 tons), average fish size (over 17g) /child)
+ The results show that the model has been successfully implemented, which is a good opportunity to open up the prospect of developing fish farming, processing and exporting locally.
Concluding the acceptance session, Mr. Pham Quang Nguyen - Chairman of the Council assessed that the project basically met the goals and tasks according to the contract signed with the Department of Science and Technology of Vinh Phuc province. . The project achieved good results with a total average score of 76.71 points.
