According to the report of the project manager, the task has been to develop a draft process of the technology of producing monoecious male three-thorns seed based on the results of the investigation and synthesis of technical information from the households producing the same-sex three-way breed. three spikes at Van Chan, Yen Bai. Initially, the project implemented experimental steps for seed production, including: Raising three three spikes of parents; Collect and hatch eggs; Breeding three three spikes, Checking the results of experiments on sex change three spines.

The results of incubation experiments at different temperature thresholds (25-270C and 29-310C) showed that the three thorns were converted to male sex at the rate of 85.38 % when incubated at 29-310C, high. than the male sex conversion rate of 38.11% at incubation temperature of 25 - 270C. The project has implemented the experiment to raise the above breed and has obtained about 506 male monogamous triplets of 400-500g/head.
